-----------------------------------------------------------------------

From its inception in 1981, Legacy Quartet has maintained its style in the Southern Gospel
tradition.  The unique harmony, the joy and spirit in which they sing, and the songs they have
chosen with much variety, depth, and meaning, create loyal audiences wherever they perform.

Their goal is that through their singing ministry, people will be uplifted, encouraged, entertained,
and most importantly, brought to a point of decision to serve Christ.

Legacy’s ministry has enabled them to sing in a wide variety of places, including: Korea,  We
sang in Australia in 1997, 1998, and 2005. Disneyland, banquets, retreats, athletic events, high
schools, radio and television, colleges, municipal auditoriums, malls, Chamber of Commerce,
etc..  The majority of their singing is in churches.  They have been blessed to sing for most
church denominations.

Legacy is excited and honored to be an associate ministry of Global Connections Int, led by Dr.
Jim Groen.  In 1996 and 2002, they sponsored Legacy in concert tours of South Korea, including
the U.S. Military.  Their schedule was arranged by Dr. Billy Kim, who is known as “The Billy
Graham of South Korea”.  On October 27 – November 14, 2002, they had a 17 day tour of South
Korea
, including one week with the U.S military.  This was a highlight of a lifetime.  They were

especially privileged to sing in Dr. Billy Kim’s dynamic and growing church, and in Dr. Paul Cho’s
church, the largest church in the world. Legacy went to S. Korea in May,
2006, to be a part of the 50th anniversary celebration of Far East Broadcasting Company, with
concerts throughout S. Korea, sponsored by FEBC with Dr. Billy Kim.
While in South Korea, they were honored to meet John Bradford, M.P., a member of the
Parliament
of Australia’s House of Representatives.  They sang in Australia in 1997, 1998, and 2005,

and plan to return in 2009. Their itinerary included schools, churches, singing for Promise Keepers,
and in the Great Hall of the Parliament in Canberra, for the members of Parliament and their friends
and families.

Legacy’s members are: Mitch Rogge, lead, from Berthoud, Co., now residing in Denver, Co., Steve Taylor,
Baritone, from the Denver area, now residing in Broomfield, Co., and Norm Huxman, Bass, from
Hutchinson, Kansas, now residing in Arvada, Co.

Legacy’s ministry is wholly dedicated to the Lord, and their future is in His hands.
